At Storage Vault, every over-bonnet storage cabinet is made to order and built to a high standard, so please choose

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This includes cases where you’ve ordered the wrong size,
the unit doesn’t fit your space, or you no longer need it. Because our cabinets are made to order, we’re unable to
accept returns once an order is placed.

We strongly recommend confirming your car park dimensions and ceiling height with us before purchasing. We’re always
happy to help you choose the right unit.

Faulty or damaged items

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your unit has a
major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable
loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we will repair or replace the faulty part.

If your order arrives damaged, or a fault appears, contact us as soon as possible with:

– Your order or invoice number
– The date of purchase
– Clear photos showing the issue

Warranty

All units are backed by our 10-year warranty on steel components and a 12-month warranty on locking system
components. Full warranty terms are available on request. Warranty claims are resolved by repairing or replacing the
affected parts, including shipping to your original address within Australia.
