Supply and installation
Units are delivered flat-packed. SE QLD buildings get delivery and professional installation for $350 per unit. Australia-wide delivery is also available. Call for a quote.

Corporate Questions
Do the units attach to the building structure?
No. Storage Vault cabinets are completely free-standing. They sit on the car space floor under their own weight (100kg). No drilling, no bolting, no structural work. Wall or floor bolting is available if your body corporate requires it ($100 surcharge with written approval).
Are they fire-safe?
Yes. The units are all-steel, fully powder-coated, and built with fire-safe materials designed to suit car park fire-safety requirements.
Will my vehicle fit / vehicle access?
The cabinet sits above the bonnet so the car parks underneath as normal. Most vehicles including SUVs fit – even a Toyota Prado fits under the large unit. Raised vehicles, bull bars or antennas may not. The large unit at its highest setting needs 260cm floor-to-ceiling clearance.
Can individual residents order, or does the body corporate coordinate?
Individual residents are welcome to order on their own. We do recommend checking with your body corporate first, as every building has different requirements and approval processes.

In our experience, once one resident installs a Storage Vault, their neighbours quickly follow. We offer bulk pricing for building-wide installations and can coordinate delivery and assembly schedules to minimise disruption to residents and common areas.
